UPSC Civil service exam 2014 notification is declared at www.upsc.gov.in :

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has recently announced their Civil Services preliminary exams on its official site at ups. Gov. in so those candidates who are interested and want to apply for this exam can visit the official website and submit an application via online. UPSC was formed in the year of 1926 and it organizes the process of recruitment in various government organizations.

Civil service Examination

The Civil Services Examination (CSE) is basically a competitive examination which is organised by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), its conduct various Civil Services exams which include Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS) .

This year one notification is announced for civil service exam on its official site. This time they are going to recruit total 1291 huge vacancies in various departments of government. Interested and eligible candidates must apply through the online mode. The rest of the details are given below.
